Keeping the equipment clean is one of the main conditions for proper operation of machines and the "Lean manufacturing" system.
The extent of contamination are cleaning shafts lacquer sections of the printing machines of the company "PECHATNYA".

The Laserecoclean mobile station arrives at the site.
According to the technology, the laser heats the surface of the shaft to 400 degrees, then instant heating and cooling occur. Due to the temperature difference, the adhesion between the varnish and the ceramic is broken, the varnish lags behind the surface and it becomes like new.
The difference is obvious, but more detailed cleaning results are given by the microscope. If before the procedure, the recesses on the shafts were filled with varnish residues, then after they become so clean that the scanning report issued from the microscope shows reflections of their bottom.
The procedure for updating a single shaft takes half an hour. At the printing site, 12 shafts of printing machines were cleaned using this technology.
