PSC and PEFC

"PECHATNYA" printing house is going through the certification process for compliance with the standards: FSC-STD-40-004 Chain of custody standard for enterprises supplying and producing FSC-certified products and PEFC ST 2002: 2010 Forest Products Supply Chain.

The FSC chain of custody (CoC) is the path taken by products from the forest, or in the case of recycled materials from the moment when the material is reclaimed, to the point where the product is sold with an FSC claim and/or it is finished and FSC labelled. The CoC includes each stage of sourcing, processing, trading, and distribution where progress to the next stage of the supply chain involves a change of product ownership.

The overall objective of the PEFC supply chain is to provide consumers of forest products with accurate and reliable information about the content of the material from PEFC-certified, sustainably managed forests or recycled material.
