New equipment for the flexoprint section

«Pechatnya. Printing solutions» has acquired a new equipment unit. A rewind-slitting machine ABG OMEGA SRI 330, manufactured in the UK, has been installed in the recently opened flexoprint section.

The machine features fleyeVision quality control system. The equipment detects printing errors, with an area of up to 0.2 sq. mm. 

The flexoprint section has already been equipped with another machine - a German Gallus ECS 340. The latter is a narrow-width 8-color printing machine with a high degree of register accuracy and quick change-over, equipped with new generation die-cutting and UV drying sections. The equipment features a rail system above the entire machine, which is equipped with a cold foil or lamination station and a printing station on the back/glue side. 

«Pechatnya» can produce self-adhesive labels for companies from various industries and seal the tube laminate with the help of the crown processing section.

The new project will allow the printing house to reach new customers and boost cooperation with current partners.
