What’s new on the advertising market?

The 30th of September is the final day of the Advertising-2016 international exhibition. This day representatives of 200 top companies from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, China, South Korea and the United States exhibit new products and latest technologies of the advertising industry. Marketing managers of "PECHATNYA" printing house have also attended the event. As many exhibition visitors noted, Advertising-2016 turned out to be a really striking and technological exhibition: the stands were equipped with digital media facades and other outdoor advertising media, LEDs, high speed printing equipment with the 3D, gold, silver and rainbow effects as well as with printing of holograms, watermarks and other previously inaccessible special effects.

According to experts from the Russian Association of Electronic Communications (RAEC), Internet marketing is one of the most actively developing segments today. However, following the results of 2015, the contextual advertising amounted 80 billion rubles in 2015, showing 15% growth dynamics, while the media advertising showed a drop by 10% to some 20 billion rubles. Sergey Plutogarenko, head of RAEC, says that a new segment - video advertising - witnessed a growth of some 20-25% (about 5 billion rubles), while the volume of the totally new direction – SMM is some 9 billion rubles.

"PECHATNYA"’s managers met their colleagues from Moscow printing houses, exchanged contacts with web-services providers, BTL events organizers, manufactures of corporate souvenir products, and got inspired by new ideas for the next year.
