PECHATNYA Expands its Production Facilities
«Pechatnya» Printing House» confidently demonstrates its economic activity through continuous investments in its projects. The company is increasing its production areas, expanding its production capacity and customer base, strengthening the company’s team, and is starting to work in new areas.
On its 17th anniversary, following the company's strategic tasks, Pechatnya has undegone rebranding. Changed positioning of – «Pechatnya. Printing solutions.». This is a conscious step into a new economic reality.
Today, the company is actively building new facilities on its production site. The new facilities are a printing shop with the area of 1.5 thousand square meters and a 8 thousand sq. meter building, which is going to accommodate an instruction section, a zone for raw materials preprocessing for the printing section, a warehouse with finished products, an embossing section and spacious office spaces for production employees located on the 2nd floor.
Recently the company has installed a major printing equipment unit - Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 10-6 L and automatic die cutting press for making cartons Bobst Expert Cut 106 Per 3.0 featuring improved interface, the speed of 9000 sheets per hour and complete blanks separation.
Heidelberg printing machine is a six-color printing machine with varnishing section processing sheets of maximum format 750 x 1060 mm. The speed of this equipment unit is 18 000 prints per hour. The machine features the follwoing advantages:
- the printing machine is equipped with AutoPlate Pro automatic plate changing system to save the changeover time;
- Prinect Inpress Control 2 integrated into the printing machine for color control and adjustment according to Lab coordinates and Prinect Inspection Control 2 for quality control of printing (identification of material and printing defects);
- a highly automated and high-capacity self-feeder.
Today Pechatnya has the most state-of-the-art equipment from the best European producers with automatic quality control options (KBA, BOBST, Gietz, Heidelberg):
8 printing machines, 2 Accucheck modules, 7 cutting presses, 8 folding-gluing lines and 2 presses for foil stamping.
